What is included in a standard yacht charter?
Our charters come equipped with a professional crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. Each service type has its own inclusions — for example, sunset trips come with upscale snacks and premium non-alcoholic drinks, while corporate charters feature business amenities and tailored catering services.
How far in advance should I book?
For best results, we suggest reserving your charter 2–3 weeks prior to your desired date, or 4–6 weeks ahead for business events or personal celebrations, particularly during our busy season from May through September. This ensures better availability and allows ample time for personalizing your experience.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is our first concern. In the event that our captain determines weather conditions unsafe, we will propose a rescheduled date or issue a complete reimbursement. We keep a close eye on weather patterns and will initiate contact if the forecast is troubling 24 hours ahead of your booked departure.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, personal food and non-glass beverage containers are welcome aboard. In addition, we provide excellent provisions with customizable menu options to suit your taste. Note that for safety considerations, glass is not allowed on the yacht.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We make every effort to cater to all of our guests' needs. Some vessels are more accessible than others. Should you have specific accessibility requirements, we ask that you inform us at the time of booking. We are committed to recommending the optimal yacht for your needs and making any necessary adjustments for your comfort.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 72 hours before departure, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations occurring between 24–72 hours before departure are subject to a 50% refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable except in cases of adverse weather or mechanical difficulties caused by us.
